This was a very tight game for both teams with the Dolphins leading 22-20 at the half.
However, after two consecutive touchdowns from Jarvis Landry to DeVante Parker, the Dolphins went up 24-20 late in the fourth quarter.
The Patriots took the lead with a touchdown drive of their own that started with a long pass to Jarvis Landroys and ended with a pass to Landry, who found Parker for a 14-yard touchdown pass.
The Dolphins are now 8-1 and have not lost a game since January.3.
The New York Jets are one of the best teams in the NFL this season and have made some impressive moves this offseason.
They signed quarterback Geno Smith to a long-term contract extension, and the team also drafted wide receiver Marcus Maye.
They have won four consecutive games, which is the most in the league.
They are one game back of the Carolina Panthers for the NFC East crown.4.
The Arizona Cardinals have finally clinned the NFC West with a win over the San Francisco 49ers.
It seemed like the Arizona Cardinals were going to be the most dangerous team in the NFC west this season after they took out the Seattle Seahawks in Week 4.
However the Cardinals had a lot of issues down the stretch with Carson Palmer out with a knee injury.
They lost quarterback Drew Stanton to a torn ACL in the second half of the season.
The Cardinals are now 4-1.5.
The Minnesota Vikings have made an impressive run to the playoffs and they have clinched a spot in the Super Bowl.
They defeated the Seattle Seahawks to clinch the NFC North title, but they have not won a game in the playoffs since the 2010 season.
They went to the Superbowl as a 10-6 team in 2011 and have won seven of their last eight.6.
The Carolina Panthers finally won their first Super Bowl title since 1992.
The Panthers beat the Green Bay Packers 27-21 in the last minute to become the first undefeated team in NFL history.
Carolina had not lost in the divisional round since 1997.7.
The Washington Redskins had a huge win over a division rival and will face the Atlanta Falcons in the final game of the regular season.
Washington won the NFC South with a 20-17 victory over Tampa Bay in Week 2.
This season the Redskins have gone 5-2 in their last seven games and have clinned their first playoff spot in two seasons.8.
The Kansas City Chiefs have won eight of their first nine games, and they finally had a chance to clinch a playoff spot this season with a 17-16 victory over Oakland.
However they were unable to pull off the upset.
The Chiefs are now 6-3 and have now clinched their first postseason berth in the franchise’s 46-year history.9.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have won two of their three regular season games.
The Buccaneers beat the New Orleans Saints to win their second straight NFC South title.

The Colts clinched two of three regular-season wins this season, and this game will be their biggest of the postseason.

They clinched one of their final two regular season wins by beating the Washington Redskins.
The Eagles beat the Washington Eagles 21-16 in Week 1 to clinch their first division title in the history of the NFL.12.
The Detroit Lions finally clinked their first NFC East title in their history and the Lions beat the Chicago Bears 21-14 in Week 7 to win a playoff game.
They now have a shot at the NFC Championship Game.13.
